WHAT I DO
I am a buyer at Optimas’ location in Suzhou, China. My teammates and I handle a lot of different tasks—from purchase orders to vendor relations. All of our work is driven by one goal: making each customer's supply chain run smoothly.
A TYPICAL DAY
I release and review purchase orders throughout the day and handle urgent request for parts. I also maintain good inventory management practices through our close partnerships with our vendors. Each day, my background in engineering and market development helps me nurture strong relationships with vendors as well as our customers.
Relationships are key. I make a point to build great relationships with vendors, which in turn helps me build great relationships with customers.
My work keeps inventory management simple and efficient, and this makes our buying operations seamless.

I love spending time with my kids and reading stories together!
