Personal information That We Collect or Process

Examples may include a name, email address, telephone number, postal address, online identifiers, or other information that may be used to contact or identify you.
Depending on how you interact with the Services, the categories of Personal Information we may collect or process include:
- Account and contact information, including name, company name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, username, and other contact information you provide to us.
- Transaction and payment information, such as billing information, payment card details, transaction history and information related to payments made through the Services.

Optimas operates internationally, and Personal Information may be processed, stored, accessed, or transferred in the United States and other jurisdictions where Optimas, its affiliates, or its service providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, we implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect Personal Information transferred across jurisdictions.

Important Information About Privacy Rights
The availability and scope of these rights vary by state, and are subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request where permitted by law.
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which can communicate an opt-out preference signal to websites. Where required by applicable law, we will make reasonable efforts to honor qualifying GPC signals.
Nevada residents may have additional rights under Nevada law relating to certain data sales. However, Optimas does not currently sell Personal Information in a manner that triggers Nevada’s statutory opt-out requirements.
Supplemental Notice for California Residents
This Supplemental Notice for California Residents applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California and supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy. This section is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).

ARCO Rights
Individuals located in Mexico may have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of their personal information (“ARCO Rights”), subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions.
