Manufacturing, Maximized

Located 125 miles from the U.S. border, this new production center will complement world-class manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and U.K. It joins our global network of distribution centers for fasteners and C-Class parts procurement.

At its opening, this new facility will provide 12 types of highly reproducible, non-PPAP, externally threaded fasteners — ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm in diameter and 6 mm to 57 mm in length.

These include:

  • Permanent: Rivets
  • General: Pins
  • Screws: Sheet metal; cap and six-lobe
  • Studs: Double-end collar
  • Bolts: SEMS, shoulder; compressor; socket head; hex and hex flange

Expansion Equals Efficiency

This expansion will continue our near-shoring efforts to bring more agile manufacturing and exceptional solutions closer to you while also minimizing supply chain risk. In addition, it will empower us to be a more responsive supply chain partner for you — one that offers unique manufacturing and distribution solutions that deliver fasteners for planned production and periods of unexpected demand.

Additional Benefits Include:

The Monterrey facility will add significant manufacturing capacity close to where many of our joint customers have production facilities, enabling us to better serve your needs.
We view this investment in North American manufacturing as an opportunity for our supplier partners to access additional capacity backed by our 50 years of production experience.
We’ve carefully designed our Monterrey facility to mirror the capabilities of our Wood Dale operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and high standards of quality and reliability.
