常见问题解答

Optimas provides end-to-end quality services across supplier qualification, inspection, testing, and continuous improvement. These services include in-house testing and inspection, PPAP support, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), risk management, and ongoing supplier performance improvement to ensure consistent, high-quality parts.

Optimas uses a rigorous supplier qualification and monitoring process supported by global quality standards, certified facilities, and continuous performance evaluation. Suppliers are assessed on their ability to meet quality, volume, and delivery requirements, with ongoing improvement programs in place to maintain consistency worldwide.

Optimas operates under a wide range of globally recognized certifications, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 across multiple regions. The company also complies with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals requirements, demonstrating adherence to strict quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Optimas maintains ISO-certified quality laboratories with extensive testing and inspection capabilities, including dimensional analysis, metallurgical and chemical analysis, hardness and tensile testing, coating and plating thickness measurement, torque-tension testing, hydrogen embrittlement testing, and failure investigation.

Optimas’ Global PPAP Centers of Excellence help validate part quality before production launch. PPAP ensures parts meet design intent, process capability, and customer requirements, reducing the risk of defects, rework, and production disruptions.

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) identifies and mitigates quality risks early in the product lifecycle. By combining APQP with FMEA and root cause analysis, Optimas helps prevent failures, improve reliability, and ensure smoother product launches.

Quality performance is tracked through metrics such as parts-per-million defect rates, inspection results, supplier performance data, and ongoing audits. These measurements provide visibility into quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Manufacturers should engage Optimas when launching new products, onboarding new suppliers, experiencing quality issues, or seeking to reduce risk and improve reliability. Early involvement in quality planning often delivers the greatest long-term operational and financial benefits.
