The supply and distribution of fastener/hardware related items have been identified as an essential industry. Optimas is currently open for business and continues to receive, manufacture and ship orders to the best of our ability during the COVID-19 emergency.

To safeguard the health of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities—and ensure the best operational support—Optimas is following the directives published by government regulations regarding personal spacing and hygiene, telecommuting and limiting onsite interactions. We have stopped all non-essential business travel and have implemented work-from-home contingency plans—which include increased use of web conferences and phone meetings. We will continue to seek out guidance from public health officials and evaluate ways to implement their directives throughout our global footprint.

At this time, COVID-19 has had minimal impact on our ability to support US and International customer operations with products & services.

• We have closed our buildings to visitors. Any pickups require advanced notice and drivers must wait in the pickup area.

• Our response time may be delayed during this period as we adapt to these special circumstances.

Otherwise, we remain fully operational across the globe and will adjust our approach as needed.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
