How to Attract, Retain and Develop Supply Chain Teams

Recently, Kate Daly, SVP, Global Human Resources at Optimas Solutions moderated a Lead-and-Succeed Workshop through Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education (AWESOME).

This workshop, called “Disrupting the Workforce to Unlock Organizational Power,” dealt with the ever-present challenge in supply chain management: overseeing teams in a post-pandemic world.

Kate, along with leading experts—listed below—shared how to attract, retain and develop supply chain teams in the context of today’s hyper-connected, hyper-flexible world. The discussion focused on unlocking organizational power through talent acquisition, talent management and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
