Daniele Harms
Daniel Harms è CEO, Americhe e membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Optimas Solutions. È responsabile delle strategie che guidano entrate disciplinate e crescita redditizia, elevano l'eccellenza operativa e migliorano il servizio clienti negli Stati Uniti, Canada, Messico e Sud America.
È stato promosso a President, Americas nell'agosto del 2021 dopo essere entrato a far parte dell'azienda nell'aprile dello stesso anno come Chief Operating Officer con particolare attenzione ai centri di distribuzione, approvvigionamento e supply chain in Nord America.
Un leader di pensiero strategico con quasi 20 anni di esperienza nella supply chain, Daniel ha creato e guidato team ad alte prestazioni per fornire l'eccellenza operativa in più settori. Il suo stile di leadership influente e l'approccio basato sui dati alla risoluzione dei problemi hanno costantemente prodotto ricavi e una crescita dei profitti con profitti e perdite superiori a $100 milioni.
Prima di entrare in Optimas, Daniel ha ricoperto diverse posizioni di crescente responsabilità presso DSC/CJ Logistics, che sono culminate in Senior Vice President, Operations. In questo ruolo ha avuto la supervisione strategica delle relazioni con i clienti e la responsabilità operativa di numerosi centri di distribuzione a livello nazionale. Ciò includeva lo sviluppo della leadership, le prestazioni finanziarie/operative e l'evoluzione dei processi aziendali. Nel corso del suo mandato, Daniel ha guidato persone, processi e iniziative tecnologiche che hanno portato avanti i benchmark delle prestazioni dell'azienda.
Daniel ha conseguito un Master in Business Administration presso il J. Mack Robinson College of Business presso la Georgia State University e un Bachelor of Science in Business Administration presso l'Università del Tennessee. Attualmente risiede nella periferia di Atlanta con sua moglie Laura ei loro figli Caleb, Major e Colby. Daniel è un membro del Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals e fa volontariato con la chiesa locale e le organizzazioni Scouts BSA.

Marco Corba
Mark Korba is Chief Operating Officer for Optimas Solutions. In this role, he leads the organization’s strategic functions, including New Business Development and Implementation, Marketing and Pricing, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Strategy and Business Intelligence, Project Management and Transportation.
Mark joined Optimas in 2021 with deep experience across logistics, transportation, distribution, technology, operations, finance, sales, industrial engineering and business intelligence. He’s advanced through several executive positions, most recently serving as Chief of Staff for 2+ years.
Prior to this, Mark was SVP of Technology, Engineering Systems & Solutions at DSC/CJ Logistics. Earlier in his career, he built a solid foundation in operations and business with UPS and Sears Holdings Corporation for a combined 21 years.
Mark earned a Master of Business Administration in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. A Chicago native, he now lives with his wife and four children in the city’s northwest suburbs.

Shanté Williams
Shanté Williams leads the Human Resources organization at Optimas Solutions. She is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, support workforce readiness and foster business growth. Known for her collaborative and service-oriented leadership style, Shanté partners closely with colleagues across the organization to build high-performing teams and strong workplace cultures.
She brings extensive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, labor relations and HR operations. Throughout her career, Shanté has led initiatives that improved productivity, increased engagement and strengthened retention across complex, multi-site companies.
Before joining Optimas, Shanté served as Vice President, Human Resources at Oncourse Home Solutions, where she led strategic HR and organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Orion Talent. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles with The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Samuel, Son & Company, BakerCorp and LBP Manufacturing.
Shanté earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also holds a Global Human Resources Professional certification from DePaul University, along with SHRM-SCP and PHR accreditations.
Outside of work, Shanté enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, watching her son play semi-professional soccer and serving as a Board Member/Advisor at Gorilla Faith.

Paolo Schorr
Paul Schorr guida la strategia tecnologica per Optimas Solutions e supervisiona tutti gli aspetti dell'IT per l'azienda. Sotto la sua guida, Optimas prevede di investire strategicamente nella tecnologia che guida l'efficienza aziendale, alimenta la crescita e apporta ulteriore innovazione ai nostri clienti. Prima di entrare in Optimas, Paul è stato il fondatore e consulente di gestione di Strategic Outlook LLC, una società di consulenza tecnologica e aziendale. Per Strategic Outlook, Paul è stato CIO a contratto per Zesty Paws, Zenwise LLC e uni-ball Corporation. All'inizio della sua carriera, Paul ha ricoperto il ruolo di CIO per Patterson Medical, successivamente ribattezzata Performance Health, un produttore e distributore globale in crescita di prodotti medici per la riabilitazione e il recupero. Presso Performance Health, Paul ha implementato una strategia tecnologica a lungo termine incentrata su Oracle NetSuite ERP e altre soluzioni basate su cloud. Oracle NetSuite ERP è il principale strumento di pianificazione delle risorse aziendali recentemente implementato da Optimas Solutions. Paul ha anche guidato l'IT per Disney Movie Club (una divisione di Disney Studios) come Divisional CIO a contratto. Paul ha conseguito un Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems presso la Eastern Illinois University.

Peter Hreska
Peter Hreska is Chief Financial Officer of Optimas Solutions, where he leads the company’s financial strategy in support of profitable growth. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, treasury and working capital management.
Peter progressed through multiple executive finance leadership roles, culminating in his elevation to Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. Prior to this, he led the Optimas Americas finance team as Senior Vice President since December 2024. Peter joined the company as Vice President, Finance in October 2023.
Before joining Optimas, Peter held several finance leadership roles at A.M. Castle & Co., most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. During his tenure, he led key financial functions and supported company strategy and performance initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held finance and accounting roles across a diverse range of industries, building a broad foundation in financial management and business operations.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Illinois State University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, their two rabbits and a dog, as well as taking on home improvement and DIY projects.

Jennifer Muchoney
Jennifer Muchoney is VP, General Counsel at Optimas Solutions, where she leads the company’s Legal, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Trade Compliance functions. She collaborates with teams to support company strategy, strengthen compliance programs and executes terms of trade with Optimas customers and supply chain partners.
Jennifer has 20+ years of legal and business experience in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance. She’s known for her ability to build strong partnerships across teams, industries and geographies. During her tenure at Optimas, she’s helped guide the company through periods of growth and change, including global supply chain disruptions, evolving trade regulations and merger & acquisition transactions.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer held the role of General Counsel, Americas since 2023. She joined the company in 2019 as Associate General Counsel, Americas. Before joining Optimas, Jennifer served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Human Resources at NAMCO USA. In this position, she established the company’s first in-house legal department and supported a wide range of business and licensing initiatives.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Beyond her professional role, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and is married to a fellow attorney. She is the proud parent of two college students and a devoted animal lover. She also volunteers her time and expertise to aspiring lawyers during the annual Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, grading briefs and serving as a judge for oral arguments.
