Daniel Harms

CEO

Daniel Harms est PDG, Amériques et membre du conseil d'administration d'Optimas Solutions. Il est responsable des stratégies qui génèrent des revenus disciplinés et une croissance rentable, élèvent l'excellence opérationnelle et améliorent le service client aux États-Unis, au Canada, au Mexique et en Amérique du Sud.

 

Il a été promu président, Amériques en août 2021 après avoir rejoint l'entreprise en avril de la même année en tant que chef de l'exploitation avec un accent sur les centres de distribution, l'approvisionnement et la chaîne d'approvisionnement en Amérique du Nord.

 

Leader d'opinion stratégique avec près de 20 ans d'expérience dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement, Daniel a construit et guidé des équipes hautement performantes pour offrir l'excellence opérationnelle dans de multiples industries. Son style de leadership influent et son approche axée sur les données pour résoudre les problèmes ont constamment produit une croissance des revenus et des résultats avec des P&L supérieurs à $100 millions.

 

Avant de rejoindre Optimas, Daniel a occupé plusieurs postes à responsabilités croissantes chez DSC/CJ Logistics qui ont culminé au poste de vice-président principal, Opérations. Dans ce rôle, il avait la supervision stratégique des relations avec les clients et la responsabilité opérationnelle de nombreux centres de distribution à l'échelle nationale. Cela comprenait le développement du leadership, la performance financière/opérationnelle et l'évolution des processus d'affaires. Tout au long de son mandat, Daniel a dirigé des initiatives en matière de personnel, de processus et de technologie qui ont fait progresser les critères de performance de l'entreprise.

 

Daniel est titulaire d'une maîtrise en administration des affaires du J. Mack Robinson College of Business de la Georgia State University et d'un baccalauréat ès sciences en administration des affaires de l'Université du Tennessee. Il réside actuellement dans la banlieue d'Atlanta avec sa femme Laura et leurs enfants Caleb, Major et Colby. Daniel est membre du Conseil des professionnels de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et fait du bénévolat auprès des églises locales et des organisations Scouts BSA.

Marc Korba

Chief Operating Officer

Mark Korba is Chief Operating Officer for Optimas Solutions. In this role, he leads the organization’s strategic functions, including New Business Development and Implementation, Marketing and Pricing, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Strategy and Business Intelligence, Project Management and Transportation.

 

Mark joined Optimas in 2021 with deep experience across logistics, transportation, distribution, technology, operations, finance, sales, industrial engineering and business intelligence. He’s advanced through several executive positions, most recently serving as Chief of Staff for 2+ years.

 

Prior to this, Mark was SVP of Technology, Engineering Systems & Solutions at DSC/CJ Logistics. Earlier in his career, he built a solid foundation in operations and business with UPS and Sears Holdings Corporation for a combined 21 years.

 

Mark earned a Master of Business Administration in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. A Chicago native, he now lives with his wife and four children in the city’s northwest suburbs.

Shanté Williams

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Shanté Williams leads the Human Resources organization at Optimas Solutions. She is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, support workforce readiness and foster business growth. Known for her collaborative and service-oriented leadership style, Shanté partners closely with colleagues across the organization to build high-performing teams and strong workplace cultures.

 

She brings extensive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, labor relations and HR operations. Throughout her career, Shanté has led initiatives that improved productivity, increased engagement and strengthened retention across complex, multi-site companies.

 

Before joining Optimas, Shanté served as Vice President, Human Resources at Oncourse Home Solutions, where she led strategic HR and organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Orion Talent. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles with The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Samuel, Son & Company, BakerCorp and LBP Manufacturing.

 

Shanté earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also holds a Global Human Resources Professional certification from DePaul University, along with SHRM-SCP and PHR accreditations.

 

Outside of work, Shanté enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, watching her son play semi-professional soccer and serving as a Board Member/Advisor at Gorilla Faith.

Pour Strategic Outlook, Paul a été CIO sous contrat pour Zesty Paws, Zenwise LLC et uni-ball Corporation. Plus tôt dans sa carrière, Paul a occupé le poste de CIO pour Patterson Medical, rebaptisé plus tard Performance Health, un fabricant et distributeur mondial en pleine croissance de produits médicaux de réadaptation et de récupération. Chez Performance Health, Paul a mis en œuvre une stratégie technologique à long terme centrée sur Oracle NetSuite ERP et d'autres solutions basées sur le cloud. Oracle NetSuite ERP est le principal outil de planification des ressources d'entreprise récemment mis en œuvre par Optimas Solutions. Paul a également dirigé l'informatique pour Disney Movie Club (une division de Disney Studios) en tant que CIO divisionnaire basé sur un contrat. Paul est titulaire d'un baccalauréat ès sciences en systèmes d'information de gestion de l'Eastern Illinois University.

Peter Hreska

Directeur financier

Peter Hreska is Chief Financial Officer of Optimas Solutions, where he leads the company’s financial strategy in support of profitable growth. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, treasury and working capital management.

 

Peter progressed through multiple executive finance leadership roles, culminating in his elevation to Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. Prior to this, he led the Optimas Americas finance team as Senior Vice President since December 2024. Peter joined the company as Vice President, Finance in October 2023.

 

Before joining Optimas, Peter held several finance leadership roles at A.M. Castle & Co., most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. During his tenure, he led key financial functions and supported company strategy and performance initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held finance and accounting roles across a diverse range of industries, building a broad foundation in financial management and business operations.

 

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Illinois State University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, their two rabbits and a dog, as well as taking on home improvement and DIY projects.

Jennifer Muchoney

VP, General Counsel

Jennifer Muchoney is VP, General Counsel at Optimas Solutions, where she leads the company’s Legal, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Trade Compliance functions. She collaborates with teams to support company strategy, strengthen compliance programs and executes terms of trade with Optimas customers and supply chain partners.

 

Jennifer has 20+ years of legal and business experience in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance. She’s known for her ability to build strong partnerships across teams, industries and geographies. During her tenure at Optimas, she’s helped guide the company through periods of growth and change, including global supply chain disruptions, evolving trade regulations and merger & acquisition transactions.

 

Prior to her current role, Jennifer held the role of General Counsel, Americas since 2023. She joined the company in 2019 as Associate General Counsel, Americas. Before joining Optimas, Jennifer served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Human Resources at NAMCO USA. In this position, she established the company’s first in-house legal department and supported a wide range of business and licensing initiatives.

 

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

 

Beyond her professional role, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and is married to a fellow attorney. She is the proud parent of two college students and a devoted animal lover. She also volunteers her time and expertise to aspiring lawyers during the annual Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, grading briefs and serving as a judge for oral arguments.
