Daniel Harms

CEO

Daniel Harms ist CEO, Americas und Mitglied des Board of Directors bei Optimas Solutions. Er ist verantwortlich für Strategien, die disziplinierten Umsatz und profitables Wachstum fördern, die operative Exzellenz erhöhen und den Kundenservice in den Vereinigten Staaten, Kanada, Mexiko und Südamerika verbessern.

 

Er wurde im August 2021 zum President Americas befördert, nachdem er im April desselben Jahres als Chief Operating Officer in das Unternehmen eingetreten war und sich auf Vertriebszentren, Beschaffung und Lieferkette in Nordamerika konzentrierte.

 

Als strategischer Vordenker mit fast 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Lieferkette hat Daniel leistungsstarke Teams aufgebaut und geleitet, um operative Exzellenz in verschiedenen Branchen zu liefern. Sein einflussreicher Führungsstil und sein datengesteuerter Ansatz zur Problemlösung haben mit Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen von über $100 Millionen zu stetigem Umsatz- und Gewinnwachstum geführt.

 

Bevor er zu Optimas kam, hatte Daniel mehrere Positionen mit zunehmender Verantwortung bei DSC/CJ Logistics inne, bis hin zum Senior Vice President, Operations. In dieser Funktion hatte er die strategische Aufsicht über die Kundenbeziehungen und die operative Verantwortung für zahlreiche Vertriebszentren im Inland. Dies umfasste die Entwicklung von Führungskräften, die finanzielle/operative Leistung und die Entwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen. Während seiner gesamten Amtszeit hat Daniel Personal-, Prozess- und Technologieinitiativen geleitet, die die Leistungsbenchmarks des Unternehmens vorangebracht haben.

 

Daniel erwarb einen Master of Business Administration am J. Mack Robinson College of Business an der Georgia State University und einen Bachelor of Science in Business Administration an der University of Tennessee. Derzeit lebt er mit seiner Frau Laura und ihren Kindern Caleb, Major und Colby in einem Vorort von Atlanta. Daniel ist Mitglied des Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals und verbringt seine Zeit ehrenamtlich bei örtlichen Kirchen- und Scouts BSA-Organisationen.

Mark Korba

Chief Operating Officer

Mark Korba is Chief Operating Officer for Optimas Solutions. In this role, he leads the organization’s strategic functions, including New Business Development and Implementation, Marketing and Pricing, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Strategy and Business Intelligence, Project Management and Transportation.

 

Mark joined Optimas in 2021 with deep experience across logistics, transportation, distribution, technology, operations, finance, sales, industrial engineering and business intelligence. He’s advanced through several executive positions, most recently serving as Chief of Staff for 2+ years.

 

Prior to this, Mark was SVP of Technology, Engineering Systems & Solutions at DSC/CJ Logistics. Earlier in his career, he built a solid foundation in operations and business with UPS and Sears Holdings Corporation for a combined 21 years.

 

Mark earned a Master of Business Administration in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. A Chicago native, he now lives with his wife and four children in the city’s northwest suburbs.

Shanté Williams

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Shanté Williams leads the Human Resources organization at Optimas Solutions. She is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, support workforce readiness and foster business growth. Known for her collaborative and service-oriented leadership style, Shanté partners closely with colleagues across the organization to build high-performing teams and strong workplace cultures.

 

She brings extensive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, labor relations and HR operations. Throughout her career, Shanté has led initiatives that improved productivity, increased engagement and strengthened retention across complex, multi-site companies.

 

Before joining Optimas, Shanté served as Vice President, Human Resources at Oncourse Home Solutions, where she led strategic HR and organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Orion Talent. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles with The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Samuel, Son & Company, BakerCorp and LBP Manufacturing.

 

Shanté earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also holds a Global Human Resources Professional certification from DePaul University, along with SHRM-SCP and PHR accreditations.

 

Outside of work, Shanté enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, watching her son play semi-professional soccer and serving as a Board Member/Advisor at Gorilla Faith.

Paul Schorr, CTO von Optimas Solutions

Chief Information Officer

Paul Schorr leitet die Technologiestrategie für Optimas Solutions und überwacht alle IT-Aspekte des Unternehmens. Unter seiner Führung plant Optimas, strategisch in Technologien zu investieren, die die Geschäftseffizienz steigern, das Wachstum ankurbeln und weitere Innovationen für unsere Kunden zum Tragen bringen. Bevor er zu Optimas kam, war Paul Gründer und geschäftsführender Berater von Strategic Outlook LLC, einem Technologie- und Unternehmensberatungsunternehmen. Für Strategic Outlook war Paul Vertrags-CIO für Zesty Paws, Zenwise LLC und uni-ball Corporation. Zu Beginn seiner Karriere war Paul als CIO bei Patterson Medical tätig, das später in Performance Health umbenannt wurde, einem wachsenden globalen Hersteller und Vertreiber von medizinischen Produkten für Rehabilitation und Genesung. Bei Performance Health implementierte Paul eine langfristige Technologiestrategie, die sich auf Oracle NetSuite ERP und andere Cloud-basierte Lösungen konzentrierte. Oracle NetSuite ERP ist das wichtigste Enterprise-Resource-Planning-Tool, das kürzlich von Optimas Solutions implementiert wurde. Paul leitete auch die IT für den Disney Movie Club (eine Abteilung der Disney Studios) als vertragsbasierter Bereichs-CIO. Paul hat einen Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems von der Eastern Illinois University.

Peter Hreska

Finanzvorstand

Peter Hreska is Chief Financial Officer of Optimas Solutions, where he leads the company’s financial strategy in support of profitable growth. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, treasury and working capital management.

 

Peter progressed through multiple executive finance leadership roles, culminating in his elevation to Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. Prior to this, he led the Optimas Americas finance team as Senior Vice President since December 2024. Peter joined the company as Vice President, Finance in October 2023.

 

Before joining Optimas, Peter held several finance leadership roles at A.M. Castle & Co., most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. During his tenure, he led key financial functions and supported company strategy and performance initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held finance and accounting roles across a diverse range of industries, building a broad foundation in financial management and business operations.

 

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Illinois State University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, their two rabbits and a dog, as well as taking on home improvement and DIY projects.

Jennifer Muchoney

VP, General Counsel

Jennifer Muchoney is VP, General Counsel at Optimas Solutions, where she leads the company’s Legal, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Trade Compliance functions. She collaborates with teams to support company strategy, strengthen compliance programs and executes terms of trade with Optimas customers and supply chain partners.

 

Jennifer has 20+ years of legal and business experience in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance. She’s known for her ability to build strong partnerships across teams, industries and geographies. During her tenure at Optimas, she’s helped guide the company through periods of growth and change, including global supply chain disruptions, evolving trade regulations and merger & acquisition transactions.

 

Prior to her current role, Jennifer held the role of General Counsel, Americas since 2023. She joined the company in 2019 as Associate General Counsel, Americas. Before joining Optimas, Jennifer served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Human Resources at NAMCO USA. In this position, she established the company’s first in-house legal department and supported a wide range of business and licensing initiatives.

 

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

 

Beyond her professional role, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and is married to a fellow attorney. She is the proud parent of two college students and a devoted animal lover. She also volunteers her time and expertise to aspiring lawyers during the annual Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, grading briefs and serving as a judge for oral arguments.
